“The classic duvet received was of inferior quality the cotton cover is a heavy cotton similar to a cotton diaper. I will be donating the duvet to a local charity.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We're sorry that you're not happy with the cotton outer fabric. The fabric used on the Classic range is certified 200tc cotton as advertised, but providing you've not slept under it you're more than welcome to return it to us, using the free returns that we offer. As for donating it to charity, this is a lovely thought but I'd encourage you to give the duvet a go first. The benefits of a wool duvet are so fantastic, and go further than just the outer fabric. You'll experience an improvement in temperature regulation, and as it's hypoallergenic, you might even find that it helps your sinuses meaning you'll wake feeling refreshed. “This is my third duvet from you. As you can tell, I love them though I would say that this particular one feels warmer than the tog rating. It doesn't bother me but my husband has been moaning about it being too warm.”

“I placed an order and it hadn’t come as quickly as my first order. So I telephoned and explained I was going away in a couple of days and really needed one of the items. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for it to be sent out that day and it arrived the following day. Very happy with their response.”

“I recently bought a all wool duvet from you, and as the weather was exceptional hot it’s only now that I can tell you how very glad that I purchased it. It’s very well made and light. I’m also considering buying new all wool pillows,I’m a little worried because I like a firm but not hard pillow.”

It has a zip on the long side so you can open it up and expose the wool inside. “I was a little sceptical about a wool duvet but having struggled with being too hot at night for years it was worth a try. I wasn't disappointed. Fast delivery, excellent duvet, beautifully made natural product. Two nights sleep without drowning in my own sweat so far. I am delighted. I would recomend this type of duvet for any woman of a certain age! It didn't smell sheepy, not too thick or thin. Easy to put the cover on too. This is definitely what happy feels like! x”

“I was a little sceptical about a wool duvet but so far I am impressed!! The duvet arrived quickly. It doesn't smell sheepy, not bulky or too thin (I bought the medium weight despite the heatwave we are experiencing this summer). Excellent quality and beautifully made. For the first time in years I am sleeping happily without drowning in my own sweat and it's ony been two nights. I found putting a cover on easier too somehow. Can highly recommend this type of duvet to anyone who struggles with being too hot and then too cold at night, (you know, women of a certain age) lol. x”

“It's been many years since I've had such pleasure opening something I've ordered online. From the quick turnaround, cheerful responses, the careful taping of the box which is heavy enough not to be smashed, to the beautiful presentation, and then the quality of my pillow and comforter, I recommend ten stars! The impeccable stitching, the wonderful fleece and smooth gorgeous organic cotton and quilting. I wish I wrote as beautifully as my daughter who recommended you. I cannot wait to sleep under this gorgeous comforter tonight here in the AZ desert!”

“On this the hottest day of the year I just had to tell you that we changed to your wool mattress, duvet, pillows and organise covers earlier this year and we can't believe the difference from the dreadful experience of a memory foam mattress in the heat. So happy we changed this has been a revelation.”
