“I really love the good sleep I am having under my new deluxe all season wool duvet and ordered this one because I feel the cold most of the year round. I am very disappointed though that after a few nights on the bed nearly all the poppers holding the 2 duvets together have come undone and the top duvet migrates to the middle of the bed. I have to spend time every day reaching back inside the duvet cover to straighten everything out and re-attach the poppers, which is driving me nuts. I think I will have to do some sewing to fix this but not what I'd hoped for after such an investment. Please start making duvets with more reliable fixings or even better a warmer winter duvet that isn't in 2 halves!”

“This duvet was bought to replace a previous wool duvet (not from yourselves) that shrunk in the wash, so I am pleased to note that this one is washable. I have found this one a good weight and very comfortable. My 2 cats particularly love it! The 2 weights of duvet make it very adaptable.”

“Would have given 5 stars but Hermes delivery is rubbish.Hermes website this morning( 10.30 am) shows parcel still not with the courier even although it was delivered yesterday afternoon. Quality of is excellent and the colour is lovely, pity about the delivery service. Bring back Royal Mail”

I can see you are in the Highlands and the trailer for delivery arrives quite late in the Highlands and delivery will normally take place the following day making it a 2 day delivery service. “The stance of only allowing returns of a whole bed set once it has been opened and not if the pieces were ordered individually makes this company one I probably won’t use again. If I am spending a couple of hundred dollars on an item that I cannot view in person the return policy needs to be better. Stuck with a duvet that should have been about 5-8 inches wider now and after paying about $150 for it and being unable to return it once removed from the original packaging I will be stuck with it for a while.”

Thank you for leaving a review. We offer free returns if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns once slept on as we no longer can sell as new as ,although not a nice thought, we all perspire at night. However we do go beyond by offering a 30 night sleep guarantee on complete bedding sets as we have scientifically proven that you will get the best results by cocooning yourself in wool and eliminating any other area of your bedding environment from hindering performance of our lovely natural products. “The comfort level is nice however, the other higher end duvet we bought for our children is much nicer and more generous in sizing. For the price it is acceptable, but it just barely covers the top of a king sized bed and had I known it was so small or had the company had a better return policy I would return it and I would spring for the more expensive brand with more generous sizing.”

We are sorry to read you are not happy with your new comforter. I can see you have ordered the US King size which is the standard size for the US so we are a little unsure as to why it is too small.
