“Very reliable Co. I have ordered 2 wool pillow protectors which are very comfortable and soft, and a wool mattress protector. What a difference, I don’t have cold feet anymore and it keeps the heat in. I also have a warm wool duvet. I would not use anything else. The bedding ordered so far from Woolroom are of excellent quality and packed in cotton bags. My order was sent within 5 days to France! I would definitely recommend this Co and will order more articles in the near future”

“Do not buy their true edge divan base! We bought a superking base for an expensive new zip & link all wool mattress bought elsewhere. This mattress is very good on the floor but not on the Woolroom base as it goes uphill in the middle. Woolroom were responsive sending an inspector but have refused to agree with us that it is not fit for purpose and will not recompense us. Their attitude appears to be helpful but clearly it’s just a marketing exercise for them, and in this case they have got it very wrong.”

HI Lewis, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your mattress was not sitting on the divan base as expected. As you've stated we sent an inspector out to see if there was a manufacturing fault with the base and they did report back that there was no fault. Wool mattresses do take time to settle on different bases. We do tell customers to turn and rotate their mattress to allow the wool to settle for the first 12 weeks of use. I'm not sure if you were given this advice from your mattress providers. We will always admit to a customer if the mattress or base is faulty or even the bedding and we are happy to replace them after inspections or if it's an obvious problem, but on this occasion, after inspection there was no fault to be found so there was nothing more that we could've done. I hope that in time it has all settled and is now comfortable for your use. Kind regards Sally

“I’ve been suffering from nightsweats for months, bought pure cotton bedding, and a 4.5 tog polyester quilt, no help. Saw these extra light wool quilts advertised and thought I’d try one out. Very snuggly but not hot, a nice weight for such a low tog 1.5 ...I’m glad I purchased it.”

“Decided to purchase some wool duvets after seeing an article on them and then reading other customer reviews. Ordered, confirmed, and within a few days both orders were delivered. Fast efficient service and it was great to know the 1 hour time slot. As for the duvets, the quality is superb and I can't believe the difference it has made; no more sweating because I'm unable to regulate my body temperature due to medical conditions. I feel cool yet warm and comfortable all at the same time. Wish I had seen the article years ago. Thank you”
