“Pillow is great, but it was shipped to my billing address and not the shipping address I had listed. It was very difficult to obtain.”

“Unfortunately the duvet I purchased was unsuitable however the Woolroom not only made the return very easy but were very helpful and fully refunded the payment within 24 hours. An excellent company and a pleasure to come in contact with such nice people. Bill Spence”

“Unfortunately although the topper appears to be very good quality, I slept on it for 2 hours only and woke up boiling hot and had to strip the bed in the middle of the night. I am a woman in late 60's so not having night sweats. It is an expensive product and you can't know this will happen unless you try it first. I can't return it as I had tried it. So a very expensive mistake.”

“I am now appreciating my wonderful wool and Alpacca duvet. I have arthritis which always seems to be worse in cold and damp weather. I am "toasty" all night, perfect! So glad that I chose the warmest one. I would thoroughly recommend this product.”

“Love the woolroom products, we have two really comfortable mattresses, pillows and throws. We know there are no nasty chemicals and sleep really well on them. What’s not to love?”

“The 3rd purchase I’ve made from the wool room and the 3rd excellent product . The delux pillows are great as you can add or takeaway the wool if you need a change in comfy. The mattress topper is wonderful I have a temper mattress and just wanted that something special to add to it and so pleased I did I’m always hot in hot and since I placed this on the bed I’ve felt much more comfortable. The other reason I like the wool is that it’s so clean and hygienic which means a lot the next purchase will be a wool duvet to finish off my bedding”
