“duvets fantastic. Nice weight. Regulate body temperature. Quite yellow in colour though so can be seen through white bed linen. Knocking a star off for the appalling delivery service (DPD local). Sent to correct depot, then London, then back to correct depot. Not replying to emails. Then not sent out for delivery and issues with picking it up. Woolroom staff fantastic though and did their best to resolve.”

“Very pleased. Great product. Personally I bought it for its Breathable quality as my mattress is one of those baking hot memory foam ones which I’ve grown to hate. I don’t think any topper in the world can save a tired/old mattress but this is definitely a nice, affordable way to put some natural fibres between you and a mattress for a healthier, cushioned sleep. The pictures actually don’t do it much justice, it’s nice and thick (deep) which is lovely and something I was worried about.”

“I like to have a topper on a firm mattress , I don't like the pillow topped matresses and was looking for a topper for a new mattress .Our old foam topper was making me very warm at night and my husband had a nasal congestion which became better when not at home . I researched options and decided a wool topper would be best for us and purchased from the Wool Room , together with a protector .It's early days yet but am delighted with comfort and coolness and no signs of allergy in OH . Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Will use again .”

“Ordered a Deluxe Mattress Protector and was so pleased with the quality of the product that I ordered a number of other items from the woolroom. In doing so, the lady who took my order, Ali, most certainly could not have been more helpful and friendly, two characteristics sadly absent in most firms one has to deal with. “This is a second purchase of the deluxe mattress topper (the other was of a different size) and so far am very happy. Makes for a very comfortable night’s sleep and as a barrier between me and the memory foam mattress, works a treat. Thank you.”

“My first night with wool comforter was great, didn't experience getting hot in the middle of night, which I experienced with goose down comforter. Also quilted structure is great that filler is not migrating to one side or another. Hopefully I get to enjoy good night sleep more!”

“Great and prompt delivery on item - was recommended to get a wool mattress protector after being too hot with foam covered mattress, but have to be honest am not sure if it really makes much difference yet! Will have to see when weather cools down to really give it a chance.”

“Love my wool products. Arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. However, very disappointed that am unable to button up 4 of the 7 buttons on the duvet cover as the bottom hole is too sewn up and the wool duvet keeps sneezing out the bottom of the duvet cover. Have mentioned it to the Woolroom Contact Us email but with no response. But sleeping well with wool duvet and wool pillows.”
