“Be warned - don't try to change anything in their automated system - they don't have the flexibility to handle it. I ordered a mattress protector and all I asked was for the delivery to be delayed until I got back from holiday, I did check this was possible before I ordered! I informed them in advance by email, as advised. No problem they said - then I entered the automated world of The Woolroom... Various emails exchanged, including with Chris the MD - lots of assurances that the order would be on hold until I got back and they would send it out then - but what happened was very different. The order was in the system and was still sent - I wasn't there, it got sent back by the courier, they said they sent a refund - I haven't received it yet. They tell me to order again, 'apologies it slipped through the system'.... but why would I when I already paid for items I haven't received? - get the picture Such a shame - I liked the concept but seems like automation rules here... #ThisIsWhatHappyFeelsLike - I don't think so...”

“Fantastic customer service and product. I had to make a return and the communication was quick and first rate. The Alpaca wool topper fit my king very nicely and finally not sleeping hot! Kudos to Woolroom!”

“Very pleased with their duvets although I don’t think that they keep you cool when the weather is hot.. it is true though that they don’t overheat you.”

“Brought a Wool pillow case protector, its very well made and keeps my head cool at night. Its a bit on the expensive side it could be cheaper but you get what you pay for. Overall excellent customer service and great product.”

“I’m very disappointed that last week I paid £56.99 (£3 off as new customer) for the deluxe pillow and yesterday I received an offer of £41.99. I’ve just ordered a light deluxe double duvet; I hope that this won’t be a similar scenario. The pillow is comfortable, seems cooler but as the temperatures have been so high it’s hard to decide.”

“I've just bought a deluxe superlight double duvet having already bought deluxe light and superlight Kingsize versions. We love them! We also have the deluxe mattress protector and pillows. The quality is excellent and they regulate our temperature perfectly even when the night temperatures are in low double figures. We cannot recommend these products or The Wool Room highly enough.”

“We are very pleased with our wool mattress topper. It arrived promptly, fits perfectly and keeps husband cool on these warm nights, which was our reason for purchase. Our latex topped mattress causes overheating!”

“Lovely high quality product. As promised is warm, breathable and delivered quickly. Only qualm is that the duvet does smell of sheep which I did not expect but this is only a minor thing.”

“I ordered this duvet wanting something natural and breathable. For the price I wasn't expecting much. However, I was immediately surprised by the weight of it as I pulled it out of the shipping box. I was equally thrilled when finding it a generous size and they didn't skimp on the dimensions. I ordered another one the next day for my son. Very pleased.”
