“Had the bedding bundle for 10 days now, very well made, my husband thought it may be a gimmick, rest assured it's not, Not a cheap item but well worth every penny. It's the first time in years I haven't woken up to turn the pillow over or kick the quilt off looking for the cool spot. I would strongly recommend this to anyone 100%. Lesley Priestley”

“I purchased the Classic pillow. It smelled so strongly of lanolin that I needed to air out outside for a few hours before trying it out. The pillow itself was quite stiff and I couldn’t find a comfortable spot for my head. I’ve shipped it back for a refund.”

“US buyers beware. The quality of the pillow is well made. However, I was unhappy with the comfort personally. The company said they would have a shipping label for me, but I never received it. After emailing a few times with no response about the shipping label, I went to see how much it would cost to ship. Warning, if you are dissatisfied you have to pay for shipping and the cost to ship was ridiculous, therefore, not worth sending back. After emailing the company, explaining the situation the company disregarded my emails and never replied to them. Also, the zipper part was broken, which I can live with; I cannot live with the fact that the company didn’t seem concerned about my dissatisfaction. If they truly cared about their customers, they would have made it right. Very disappointed.”

HI Jessi, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your woolroom product and the service. I have had a little look back at your emails and can see we have replied back to you on all the points you have raised with us reference to the return. Unfortunately free returns is currently not an option available to US customers however, we do outline this in our terms & conditions that if unsatisified with your order and it is unused then you can return it to us at your own cost, this can be at the cheapest way possible for the customer. It is very difficult for customers to know if the product is right when ordering online from overseas and therefore we understand that we will see some returns from this and we hope in the future we can offer a better solution for returns. “We have just received a queen-size wool duvet and organi cotton cover. Last night was our night under them. We ordered the all-season version and found it very warm - too warm, in fact for June in Ottawa, Canada. The nice thing about this duvet is that as an all-season version, it come in two detachable layers so tonight we will go down to one layer. That should word well I believe.”

“Brilliant bed set. I bought the Deluxe All Seasons Bed set with mattress protector. After not sleeping well for the last three years or so, I now definitely sleep better. I still sometimes wake up after anout 5 hrs, but my sleep is deeper and I wake refreshed. I feel it took a few days to notice a real difference, but my quality of sleep continues to improve. Very happy with my purchase, I'm saving up for a mattress next!!”

“We discovered the Woolroom at Christmas, but mulled over the idea for 5 months!. Having reached the end of my tether with me always being hot with my feet uncovered and my wife freezing even though she had a throw ontop of the quilt, we took the plunge in May and purchased the Delux 11-14 tog quilt with matress topper, 2 pillows & a bag of filling, whilst there was a discount on offer. We opened the box and the quality of the product starts at the way it's packaged. The items your really interested in are 100% top quality made. We were like little children making the bed up with anticipation of a decent nights sleep. The quilt is heavy in weight and people of a certain age will remember childhood memories of waking up in the position you fell asleep (that's a good thing). The 2 pillows and filling were for her but she only required one, replacing the previous 3 unsuportive pillows. Since fitting we have had uninterupted sleep that suits our different body temperatures. We should have done it earlier. You get what you pay for and in this product its true. I told my Mum & Dad and they have since purchased a bed set. I don't have anything negative to say, worth every penny.”

“After a bit of research we decided to buy a wool quilt and it’s the best thing we’ve done! Gone is the weight and heat of a feather quilt. Gone is the chill of a summer quilt. The weight a warmth of this quilt is just perfect. I love the fact that it’s all British wool as well. We also bought 2 pillows which are simply divine! I also love that I can buy top up filling for the pillows.”

“I have a nightmare with pillows - cheap ones, expensive ones, fat ones and thin ones. I ordered one of the deluxe washable one and I'll be honest, I think I've finally got the right pillow - much deeper sleep from the very first night! Keeps its shape beautifully, and when it does need re-plumping it just takes a few shakes - excellent value for money.”
