“I have just purchased a second mattress protector to alternate with the excellent one already purchased from the Woolroom. Hot weather, cold weather nothing bothers us we have the right Woolroom duvet for every season.”

“The woolroom has changed my life! I was so sweaty overnight, even when it wasn't particularly hot. I would wake up and have to change my clothes immediately because they were sopping wet and cold. Now, I put it down to my fibre duvet and mattress protector, because having switched to use wool products, I'm not sweating at all. The duvet isn't particularly thick, but it's cosy anyway, and the mattress protector is soft and comfortable. Thanks for great service - rapid delivery and my questions answered within the hour before my order. Will definitely use again!”

“Having purchased an all season duvet earlier in the year which has been fantastic it became time to replace my mattress cover. My mattress cover arrived Monday and went on the bed the same day. It has made so much difference to my night time temperature, I am no longer waking up too hot or too cold in the early hours.”

“I have bought mattress protectors from you before, but have returned the one I have just bought because I prefer white bedding. I appreciate that beige is the colour of natural cotton, but it makes white sheets look discoloured.”

“Just received my Medium Twin Deluxe comforter. I bought it for my college son. He didn't want a big down duvet (that never stays in the cover) but requested a blanket instead. I thought this would serve him well. I tried it right out of the box. The cotton cover is very soft, and it is made very well. Although it is lightweight, (so if you prefer weight may not be for you)(and my initial thought under it, was that it would not keep him warm), I did get nice and toasty fairly quickly. I am happy with this purchase. I think he will love it. Thank you.”

“I've spent all summer being too hot, too cold, too clammy and too blinkin' tired because I've been awake most of the night. It was during one of these frustrating nights I started looking alternatives to the duvets that I've tried and there have been many. It didn't take me that many reviews to decide to make the switch and oh my, from the first night I knew I'd made the right choice, its a bit heavier than I was expecting but after 6 nights not once woken up with that horrid clammy feeling. This is a quality operation - from the comms that keep up updated with your delivery to the packaging (very nice touch that calico bag) and of course the quality of the product is first class, well sewn, nicely finished and most importantly it does what is says on the pack. Its a British firm supporting British farms, what's not to love. I'm so impressed that the mattress topper has arrived today and I can't wait to get it on the bed!”

“Wool duvets were an unknown but thought we’d give this summer weight one a try and are very pleased we did. It’s light but evenly warm and cool on hot nights. Comfortable to sleep under as it stays put even with a fidgety partner. Good quality, would recommend.”

“I bought my wool mattress protector to put on my memory foam mattress, I was a little disappointed that the first night I slept on it I still felt too hot. I had seen other reviews saying that it sorted the clamminess of memory foam mattresses, however, I think I had just allowed those comments to build up my expectations. I did still feel too hot, but the second and third night I felt it was at least 50% better. I was surprised that it was incased in material, I thought I would acutually be lying of wool. On the whole I am happy with me new purchase.”

“The product is excellent, we ordered a Oxford 9000. However, we found the customer service to be slow and inexperienced when dealing with a delivery issue (the wrong mattress was delivered initially). We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience and no apology. Unfortunately, their premium products are not supported by a premium customer services team. They will undoubtedly comment below that they are a small family run business but you cannot excuse poor customer relations when selling expensive luxury items. I probably would go elsewhere in the future.”
