“Originally I made an order with another company and service was awful, my order was going to take longer than expected. Faced with this I turned to the wool room, I could not have asked for a better service. From my conversation with the customer service agent in regards to my order to dealing with the logistics and courier, excellent service. As for my duvet, I bought the summer wool duvet because I tend to sweat whilst asleep and needed a cool duvet. This is has proved to be a great purchase, better than I expected regulates heat, I'm able to go 6/7 hours without interrupted sleep. I highly recommend the wool room and a superb duvet.”

“I purchased a super light 1-2tog wool duvet and was doubtful if it would be suitable when it arrived but after using it found it to be ideal not too warm and not too cool even at this time of year. It is the 2nd wool duvet I have now one for winter and one for summer so very happy customer. Thank you”

“Your wool topper has saved our new mattress. We just bought a new extra-spiffy mattress, firm on my side and ortho on my husband’s. He loves his side, but my side was unbearable - it was a lot firmer than the one we tried in the shop, and it was hitting all my pressure points. It was so bad that I ended up on my sofa, and I was really worried that we’d just made a very expensive mistake. I found your site online, and after checking out reviews of various toppers, bought your deluxe model. It’s been on for five days now, and I love my new mattress now. The topper provides that extra bit of give and cushioning needed to turn the bed from a plank to a beautifully supportive piece of kit that I can’t wait to get into at night. Next up is your duvet!”

“I was informed straight away that there was a slight delay and offered a refund, which I declined. I was told when the warehouse would be receiving the stock. And true to their word, I got my order within 7 days”

“Bought a wool mattress protector. Arrived very promptly (next day). The quality is excellent, it fits my bed really well, doesn’t ruck up underneath my sheets unlike previous bought protectors. And It doesn’t affect the mattress comfort. I really like this product and can’t wait to invest in a new duvet on pay day!”

“Purchased the deluxe all-season duvet last year after lengthy deliberations. Having slept under the 200, 300 and combined 500g weights can confirm that I’m more than pleased. The poppers hold the two separate duvets together well, not just at the four corners. Survived the cold winter nights no problem and didn’t swelter in the heat under the 200g duvet. Excellent pillows too, which are easily washable and which dried on the line much faster than expected. Then went on to repeat purchase for another family member. Lastly, the storage bags are great.”

“I have already been using your bedding and it is really good. My son suffers the allergy but he is really fine with it so far. I loved the wool so I am very happy with it. Apart from that the service is great and the delivery is very fast even outside the UK. Joanna”

“Read about you in a magazine. Thought I would try as a woman of a certain age. Very well packaged. Not what I thought. Very heavy but light,if that makes sense. The weather has changed so very warm,but not the duvet. Very pleased.”
