“This is definitely not what love islanders use to stay smooth! Applied and left on for the longest time stated which was 6minutes & when I rinsed and sponged away from bikini line it was like I already had stubbled regrowth. The fact there’s no money back guarantee and you can’t return if used just tells me they know it’s a RUBBISH product. Use at your own risk but definitely doesn’t work as well as it should. I’ve given 2 stars because the price was fair delivery was quick & the chafe balm worked but the main product did not.”

“Absolutely not for use on intimate areas. Test patch on arm, removed some hair but not all (I have very fine and fair arm hair so shouldn’t have been an issue to remove). Tested on intimate area (bikini line) again removed some hair but not all and was very patchy but still no reaction. Waited 24 hours and applied a thick coat to intimate area as product says to if hair you are removing is long or test patch didn’t remove all hair, now have chemical burns on intimate area. Attempted to use the saddle sore balm and just made it 10x worse. Currently sat with my fan directed at my cooch in burning pain.”

“Terrible. Expensive product. Left on for way longer than recommended with absolutely no hair removal what so ever. Honestly dont get it. Now reading the reviews it seems everyone has experienced the same?”

“Patch test on arm was successful - no reaction First attempt on bikini area was unsuccessful - very little hair removal. Tried again a week later, using a thicker layer & leaving on for longest recommended time - still unsuccessful at removing hair. Tried for a third time another week later - still unsuccessful, & now my skin has reacted to it. Two stars because the post shave balm seems to be really good, however I have not had any hair removal (which was the whole point of the purchase).”

“Used this for a while and happy with results. Told my partner to try because, as he says, creams for men are either useless or sooooo expensive. Up to now he normally shaves, which he hates. He was pretty sceptical that it would work for men, but had obviously seen the results on me. First try, he just went round the pubic area and was pretty impressed. Smooth skin and no nicks! He was able to remove and sculpt and leave what he wanted. He did mention the smell, but that goes when you wash away any residual cream. So, we then tried underneath. The results are brilliant. The (long!) hair came away well leaving him lovely and smooth. No reaction or irritation whatsoever on his most sensitive bits. Feels great for both of us. I think he enjoys it more than I do! He's now bought me the beach babe bundle as he felt so guilty using up all my cream. So, a win all round!”

“Patch tested on thigh 2 days ago, that was fine. Did arm pits yesterday, left product on for 6 minutes, was underwhelmed with result. Did remove hair, but not smooth. Looks and feels like stubble 24 hours post shaved. The fact there was no burn to arm pits I figured I can live with slight stubble so decided today to do bikini area. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Followed directions. The burning is intense, washed area with body wash and shampoo to try and remove all residue of product. Tamed the burn a little. Used the soothing balm, fire reignited. Very unimpressed with hair removal. Last shave was a week ago. Looks and feels like regrowth 2-3 days post shave. Not at all smooth. Currently laying in bed with an icepack on my cooch. Also the smell is horrible and lasting. Very very very disappointing.”

“I used the cream for pubic hair removal. OMG, it burnt!!! It was awful. I had big red patches. It took a good few weeks / a month to recover. I will never use it again.”

“I purchased the tame it in shower hair removal cream and it made hair go fuzzy and brittle but did not remove it. A family member also had the same experience and re-applied a 2nd time for longer and it still did not remove much hair. The product was also sent in several little travel sized tubes which is not how it was ordered as a 200 ml tube and I wonder if this effected use.”

“I love the products and the service. I'm delighted with the product Cranberry Cleanse! pH-Balanced Body Wash and UTI Babe AID but not only them. The customer service is perfect. An example is that a while ago I received a product with an expired date (of course it can happen) and the customer support service was amazing, very helpful and acted very fast to resolve my issue. Shout-out to Serena Allen from the customer services team - You are a star. That kind of customer service with online purchases is almost not seen. So I am very happy with the company and the products.”

“I love the woowoo hair remover. I never use a razor down below anymore. It’s just fantastic because it doesn’t give you razor bumps like shaving. I do have to use it for a much longer time than the directions say for it to work for me. I am much less sensitive to this product than any similar one I’ve tried. I do get irritation if I use it on my inner thigh crease I’m guessing maybe the skin in thinner or something. Even with that the product is so great I still love it and have reordered many times.”
