“Product does not work very well for me. Tried a patch on some really thin hair and it worked perfectly. Tried some on thicker hair left it on for 3-4 mins and the hair never budged at all. Used half the tube practising!!!”

“I bought the removal cream a while ago and since using it a few times it’s like the effectiveness has worn off? I remember it worked mostly the first time but now it doesn’t take off anything! Not sure where I’m going wrong with the product as so many people seem to love it?”

“I've used this product twice since purchase and ultimately it's an okay product. I'm grateful that it's vegan and cruelty free, and it does work quickly and efficiently compared to other hair removal methods such as shaving or waxing. It also smells nice and not as strong as other hair removal creams. However I would not buy this again because my hair grows back within 1-3 days of using the cream -so the smooth result does not last as long as waxing - and if anything it's probably more painful to use this cream than waxing! On the second time I used this cream, it burned my skin (even when used for recommended time limit) and the saddle sore soothing balm stung a lot. My skin is still red and burned weeks later. Unfortunately, I'd rather grin and bare through waxing than use this product again. Not for me.”

“Im sad to say this didn't work for me. Made me really sore! I was gutted as I thought this was for sensitive areas. A shame but maybe I'm just too sensitive for this.”

“Loved what it did for the outer intimate area but the more inward areas were on fire! Wouldn’t recommend for full intimate area hair removal. Not recommended for sensitive skin people!”

“Honestly rubbish. Giving it two stars as it didn't sting and did technically remove hair, but definitely didnt remove it all and left really stubbly. Would've just been quicker to shave as that's what I had to do anyway. Nothing like what it's advertised as. Waste of money.”

“As a religious waxer I thought I'd give this a go as sometimes the Hassel of home waxing can be a bit much. I'm giving two stars, it did remove hair but not as easily or with as good as results as I'd hoped for. It's also burned my rather sensitive longer left labia (to be very specific) which is kinda painful. Everywhere else is fine but kinda hard to avoid getting anything on a standard bit of my anatomy, even when being cautious.”

“Smells better than most hair removal creams however tested on a small area on my bikini line and this burned my skin. Not encouraging for a product that's designed for intimate use!!”

“Didn't work at all left on correct time removed no hair the package was quite late to arrive the site said to contact after 5 days if it hadn't arrived which I did and I factored in the bank holidays when calculating the days I got quite a snotty email back going on about the bank holidays like I'm some sort of idiot All in all not a great experience or product but I will say the saddle sore cream smells lovley and does work.”
