“This didn't leave me anywhere near as smooth as a dolphin. Tried it twice just to be sure and was left with a stubbly foof just in time for a romantic weekend away. So disappointed. I found it quite runny as well so given the area you're applying it to, you end up with drips everywhere. Not easy to apply. I did like the intimate cleanser and the soothing balm.”

“The removal cream doesn't burne at all which is good, but it does nothing to my hair either. I left it on for the full 6 minutes, nothing. Customer service is shocking, truly shocking. It took forever for them to bother to post my order, then when I asked for advice as the cream doesn't work, I got nowhere at all. They finally replied after 4 weeks with a stupid, generic email, so clearly they hadn't actually bothered reading my email at all or they would have known I already mentioned things they included in the email as "tips" for using it. The moisturiser is amazing however which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. It's a shame I can't use it once it's done because I'm never buying from this "company" again.”

“Delivery was slow, product isn’t great, tried it 3 times and even leaving the product on for longer than the recommended time does not remove all hair even when there is minimal regrowth, seems to cut the hair off at about a mm long leaving skin feeling like Velcro. Really disappointed with the product given the price point of it.”

“Tried Tame It hair removal twice following all instructions but was left with stubble. Sadly the Facebook team were oddly passive aggressive and just said to do a patch test. But I'd still have to buy the full product to do a patch test! I asked for a refund and the customer services team just told me to try it again, ignored my request. Very disappointing service and product, don't waste your time and money on it.”

“Completely useless and really runny. I tried using the hair removing cream the day it arrived and was very disappointed. I left it for the full 6 minutes but it removed no hair whatsoever. It was also really runny so impossible to use the applicating spatula and kept on dripping onto the floor. The packaging was nice, and the lube and moisturiser are decent, but the actual hair removal cream gets a thumbs down from me.”

“Firstly this is the single worst smelling hair removal cream I’ve ever smelt, it’s vile, and the whole bathroom stank even after my shower! Secondly, even after leaving slightly longer than the recommended time if didn’t remove all the hair......it was definitely not smooth as a dolphin 🙄”

“This product didn’t work for me. I tried twice, the first leaving on as the instruction times said and not having any hair come away easily. The second time I left on for longer and it became rather painful. Once washed off, the area was sore and It only flared up previous razor rash. I have very sensitive skin so I think this product is just not for me.”

“I was very disappointed with this product. The hair removal cream did not work fully... I left it on for the full time but it did not remove all the hair... it was very patchy. Some hair removed completely and others nothing removed at all, I still had to shave.”

“I bought the hair removal cream and the first time I used it the cream barely removed anything, I left it on for 3 minutes as advised. The next time I used it I left the cream on for 6 minutes and had very similar results. I know they say to apply a very thick layer, which is what I did, but at this rate I'm going to use my 100ml bottle in only a few more applications. Not sure it's worth the money honestly. However, I can't fault the purchasing process and shipping was really fast.”

“I ordered on 16/09/2021 and expected delivery within 7 - 14 days as per information on the order. I emailed after 14 days requesting information on when to expect delivery and received a bland response giving the tracking status, no use whatsoever. So now after over three weeks, still no delivery or update.”
