“Pleased with price and prompt delivery, but book dustcover got quite damaged in transit due to poor packaging. The delivery box was too big, and had insufficient packing, to stop the book moving about within it. If bubble wrap had been put tightly around the book first, or a bigger amount of packing, or just a smaller box the book would have arrived undamaged.”
