“It was a pleasure to find a rare edition of a popular book at Wordery - a thorough Google search took me to the site. But it was a disappointment when for the order placed on 12th of July I waited to the first week of August to get delivered. In this time I did 3 trips to London from New York, we are in the XXI. Century, delivery for a book shouldn't take so long. And then there was no possibility for tracking. When after the estimated deadline for delivery expired (July 27.) I contacted customer service. They were nice to assure me that in case my order won't show up, they will refund my money or will send a new one.”

“I have used Wordery a lot and have always been happy with my orders. The last book I ordered however had some black marks on the outside of some pages and the cover was on upside down! Not a big deal but not the usual high standard!”

“The package was fine but the book had scratches on the covers and side, with the corners a bit opened. It looked like a second hand book — if it was, warning it on the page would have been great.”

“I like Wordery; delivery times can be quite long, but that is OK. My only real complaint is the packaging: even small titles are often provided in too-large cardboard envelopes - it means you have to have them delivered to a work address, because the packaging might mean they won't fit your letterbox, even though in more suitable packaging it would.”

“your delivery is not very fast i can get things from ebay much much faster you seem to take forever .It is not very good as they are all faster Amazon is much faster too you will need to get that sorted before you can come up to there standard ,I cant remember how long the delivery was ,but let me say that i forgot all about even ordering it by the time it had arrived ,it seemed like 3 or 4 weeks and not two or three days from all the others online even ali express in china would give you a run for your money i have had stuff from them delivered in 14 days ,thanks anyway rob dawkins”

“Good except for cancellation/returns process. When I tried to cancel the second book I had ordered, as someone bought it for me as a gift, I thought this would be straightforward as it hadn't yet been despatched. Not so. I was informed that this wasn't possible and I would have to wait for the book to arrive then return it, which cost me, then wait for a refund - which has not yet arrived.”
