“Not impressed with how the book arrived. Dust cover was slightly torn and folded over and the form sent with it was stuck to the book leaving a glue residue on it. Book looked second hand”

“Products good and well packed but in house processing of orders seem a bit slow compared to rivals. However, if you buy off wordery via amazon they seem to be more concerned about speed of service. Would consider buying again if they would smarten up their internal processing OR EMPLOY MORE STAFF. Smaller companies can have a book on my mat within TWO DAYS of order EVEN if ordered late on saturday!!”

“Good service, and competitive prices, flat rate shipping costs. However I have never once received a refund from wordery for returned goods unless I initiate contact and ask for the refund to be processed. Companies are judged not only on pricing and delivery, but how they handle returns as well, wordery fall well short in this department.”

“The price and speed of delivery was very good. However, the cardboard envelope packaging used by Wordery and other online booksellers is not really suitable for sending books through the mail. It is too flimsy. This is a shame because it means I will be reluctant to order from this seller in future.”

“Took surprisingly long to deliver when compared to my friends' orders and when the wait is getting too long, you suddenly feel very lonely without a tracking number... Though I do understand that this is probably the price for the free delivery so I'm not complaining all that much.”
