“Delivery was poor and the book did not arrive within the timescales mentioned. But it did eventually arrive and it was worth the wait.”

“Wordery is a solid website as it has (almost) all the books that you need. There are always some nice discounts and you get coupon codes after your purchases. On the other hand, delivery is a disaster, it takes ages to receive my books. Sometimes they mix up your order but then they give you a portion of the purchase price back, so it’s not the end of the world. Very good customer service, fast responses, skilled workers!”

“Pre-ordered a book which wasn't dispatched when they said it would be so had to prompt. Wouldn't normally mind but it was a birthday gift and it was quite a long delay.”

“Order delayed but not given any reason as to why. Tracker system not the best - too many steps to go through given how slick other online providers are. No alert that package being delivered. For the extra charge will probably stick with other providers in future.”

“I have only purchased items from Wordery on two separate occasions. Please start packaging Paperback/Hardcover comics with something to protect them from damage instead of simply putting them in a piece of cardboard.”
