Delivery took longer than stated, which meant that I was unable to give the book on Easter Day and therefore had to post it later.

Usual quick service and very competitive price. Unfortunate that the final page of the book was creased but I decide to accept it rather than go through the hassle of return and replacement.

Good price for the books, however........ don't take any notice of the 2-4 days delivery. The 'chosen' courier took 7 working days and you can't chase the progress.... a bit poor really

Delivery was slow. My book arrived over three weeks later than the date projected on the email you sent me. And 6 weeks after ordering it.

Disappointed with the length of delivery time needs to improve to challenge other companies who deliver much faster and this will influence potential customers if they will order with you.

An option to choose betw expensive postage( presumably airmail ) and a cheaper form would be helpful. I still have not received the order.

Packaging in a carton box, twice the size of the book, means the postal service will not deliver it. One has to go to the post office to collect the order. Poor service to the customer!

I ordered two books in the same order. Both were delivered in a very good condition, no damage or anything during shipping, but the order was split into two parcels, each of which could have held both books simultaneously. The first one arrived very quickly, within a day or two, while the second took nearly 2 weeks, so I was somewhat disappointed by that.

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We always try to consolidate our deliveries into the smallest number of parcels. As our packaging is automatically selected by our computer system by order number we are unable to consolidate items from separate orders and sometimes books from the same order are sent separately. If the dispatch times of the books on a single order vary, we usually can't send everything in one parcel. Our main aim is to achieve fast dispatch times for customers and split shipments helps us to do this. We hope this does not deter you from using Wordery in the future. QUICK DELIVERY HOWEVER IT WAS NOT MADE CLEAR THAT THIS WAS A HARDBACK BOOK NOT PAPERBACK. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED IF I HAD KNOWN.

Up until my recent purchase I have been satisfied with Wordery. Having said this book was in stock I placed my order.only to be told 14 days after due to problems with the supplier my delivery had been delayed.Obviously the book wasn’t available and I felt this was sharp trading.I eventually received it after nearly waiting three weeks,the packaging was grubby and damaged',the book was in acceptable condition. Sorry to say I may have to look for another supplier in the future.

Good product and prompt delivery but most of the CD covers were broken due to poor packaging.

The tracking is trash and i'm not a fan of estimated delivery I like Amazon's when they tell you down to the hour when your delivery is coming everything else about wordery great
