“Good ordering process and excellent choice. However, Lisbon Travel Guide is like a home published pamphlet, not really useful. The 3 travel books I purchased were all rated 5* with the same large rating number which is incorrect and misleading.”

“They explained clearly how to return for refund to their freepost address. Unfortunately I had to return as the order got delayed and it was impossible to get any information from Wordery, so I ordered it from waterstones. Much better experience, nice local click and collect.”

“I got the book eventually - 4wks later, but not your fault. The mail is atrocious these days. But one comment is that I was disapppinted to see scuffed corners, I assume from moving against the cardboard packaging rather than because the book has been used. I didn’t look fresh and new. However, I love having you as an alternative to Amazon and enjoy your website and attitude. Blessings for 3018”
