“The price of the books was good, especially with the discount code. BUT the books appeared to be slightly water damaged and the spine was dented. It's not bad enough for me to send back but I feel worth mentioning.”

“Good range of products, however, whilst I appreciate delivery is free, in this day and age, over a week to post a small packet is verging on unacceptable. Since buying this book, I’ve purchased another 3, however not from you but from one of your competitors, maybe something to consider?”

“The book arrived after 3 weeks. I ordered Puglia quick trips series. It was a waste of money. Not a travel book. Only a brief description with no details. The restaurants and hotels mentioned were few and far between. I have ordered many books on line. This had the least and worst information.”

“The books arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the packaging had ripped wide open along the perforated edge, and I am surprised the books were still in there. Also the box they were in was too big and the books had moved about - damaging one of them (which I had to keep), the other was a birthday present for a family member.”

“I’d like to tell you how wordery made me unhappy. I ordered 2 books, both the same and at the same time. Took well over a week for you to dispatch them and they were sent separately in 2 padded envelopes. Why waste all that money on envelopes and postage when they could have been sent together?”

“Good price and can't fault the product! However, I was pretty disappointed to pay for next day delivery on a Thursday, and not have it delivered until Monday.”

“You don't charge P&P it would appear - regardless of the am't of purchase. So that's a definite plus. But the 3 - 4 days to delivery initially stated, turned into more than 2 weeks! On this occasion it didn't matter - book, tho' for a friend, was not required by a specific date. But would have appreciated knowing why any delay?”

“On page eight, pants is spelled incorrectly. The correct word for pants is ‘pantaloni’ not ‘mutande’ The correct word for ‘mutande’ is underwear.”
