“Used this company a few times now. Good on price. I ordered two books recently and both arrived a little damaged. Not so much a problem with Wordery, more a Royal Mail problem. Last book “J.R.R. Tolkien Artist Illustrator” arrived in a badly damaged cardboard envelope with the bottom right hand side of the book damaged. In all a good company with keen pricing with maybe a little more attention to protecting goods in transit without forgetting the environmental impact on packaging.”

“Wordery did not make me happy. I ordered two books, which I assumed would arrive together. They didn't and I had to wait several days for the second book, which I suspect was printed on demand. The image quality was atrocious and I am amazed that Wordery would sell such rubbish. I have returned the book, paying half its cost again in postage with no indication that the postage or book cost will be refunded. The service so far is unremarkable.”

“Music arrived but why did it take so long. Order seem to vanish into a black hole for a while before appearing again. Might have been ok if for a non UK company but for a UK one, took a bit long”

“Plus : Good packaging. Having Australia Post as part of your system. Minus: i was unable to split ... the delivery addresses... for 4 items purchased together under the ..April 15.. deal, even though you are sending them in 4 separate deliveries Overall: I would rate your sysrem 3.5 stars”

“You have great range and a fantastic website for seeing all the different editions. However it would be good to be able to see inside more books. Dispatch times can be slow. Your packaging is not good - often too large for the book, which then slides around and gets scuffed.”
