“Book delivered on time and left in the porch. Unfortunately it rained heavily and into the porch soaking the cardboard envelope and into the book. I was however able to carefully dry the book and using weight the book is back in reasonable shape. Yes the delivery chap shouldn’t have left it where he did but perhaps Wordery could use a polythene lined envelope?”

“Generally the books which I purchase from Wordery come well packaged. The current book came in a "pressed envelope" and consequently during shipment the edges became bent. Although I did not want to go through the headache of returning it for a replacement, your should know that I expect books to come in pristine, excellent condition.”

“2 booked arrived on time. Both books have slight marks on them - not enough to bother sending them back but they are gifts so I’m slightly disappointed”

“Good prices for hardbacks, I prefer to get paperbacks at my local book shop as it is very wasteful having books delivered in oversize boxes that end up not fitting through the letter box. Do much prefer buying books from Wordery rather than those tax dodgers at Amazon. I live in hope that Wordery treat their employees better and pay their taxes.”
