“Ordered a book at a price point only to find a surcharge for payment by PayPal was applied after. No warning given. Books always take a week to arrive, very slow dispatch. Good to receive a bookmark, but a suggestion, put a couple in for technical books?”

“The order was despatched the day after ordering but took a week to arrive. Not too bad but could be quicker. Well packed and no damage. Therefor, satisfactory!”

“The price was best there was and it came well packaged. On the downside was the length of time it took for the delivery of the item. Normally I get packages within a few days. This one took over 2 weeks before I received it.”

“Packaging was insufficient for the weight of the books, it had split in transit but a kind postal worker had got the tape out, or the books would have been damaged/lost. Otherwise, cheapest available on the web, and fast turn around.”
