“A book seller which isn't Amazon is a company worth supporting. I just wish they sold all the books I wanted to buy, sometimes I have to go elsewhere for new books because of stock.”

“The book was perfect and a good price. However the delivery person left the parcel in full view on the front doorstep. When we returned it was gone and we thought stolen. Luckily a neighbour took it in as rain on a parcel would not be good. So instruct you deliverers not to just leave it out but knock a neighbour and leave a note saying where it was left”

“I received all five items which I ordered within a reasonably short time. However, they all arrived separately which seems to me that the additional costs of despatching them in this manner must increase the postage costs for Wordery. I would have been happy to receive them all at the same time. Plenty of choice of books however.”

“Although you made a bit of a hash with the order in the early stages Wordery managed to find a different supplier fairly quickly. Well worth the wait, absolutely engrossed in the audiobook. Recommend Rudyard Kipling to anyone who enjoys cd audiobooks.”

“The ordering of my moleskine diaries was straightforward. There are few stockists for this format and your price was very good But I think you were let down by your delivery service. There was a long delay and wasn’t kept informed. I really do not like Hermès - I think they are an appalling company and I have been caught by their extremely expensive premium phone service in the past. Please get a new partnet”

“I'd no idea Wordery belonged to Blackwells. I used to try to order music from their website, and had to give up as it didn't work. This was a long time ago. Wordery seems to work satisfactorily.”

“Great prices and free delivery, however some books arrived with slight creases and I dislike multiple packages for environmental sake, I'd rather wait and they all arrive in one order. I'll say the item was damaged, but it was only slight, just not something I really want when buying something 'new'.”
