“The book is fine, although it had been bent in the post. Delivery date was way out. Was estimated by the 3rd but arrived on the 9th - 2 days after my daughter's birthday. This was meant as a present.”

“Although me order arrived quickly I was cocerned with the size of the packaging, I ordered two pocket sized books which arrived in two separate parcels of A3 size boxes. Surely there was no need for such large size packages and separate ones at that.”

“Good communication & delivery. Unfortunately dissapointed in product, i bought an address book & it doesn't have the standard A-Z sections you would expect. Seems hard to efficiently organise your addresses without this function to me.”

“The advertised book was cheaper than anywhere else. I knew the exact book I needed. I was a bit disappointed by the delivery time though. The book took 6 days to arrive, not the advertised 2-4. It was well packaged, and in excellent condition on arrival.”

“The book arrived in good condition but unfortunately delivery is very very slow. The price is competitive so if you can wait for a bit then maybe it's worth it. Not for last minute shoppers”
