“Great book, but so disappointing to wait over 2 weeks for delivery. If I had worked out it was going to be that long, I would have ordered from elsewhere. A reminder to check delivery terms before pressing the pay button”

“I think the biggest problem is that the drawings need to be blown up. not everyone have a copy machine that does this. it wouldn't take much to do this just it would add a few more pages”

“I am very impressed with the customer service. I am hoping to write a positive review once my parcel arrives. We had a glitch in the transit, and our parcel sadly was lost. Wordery staff promptly adhered to our complaint and another order has been placed. Here's to it arriving safely in the mail. ☺🕊”

“After trying to order issuing my bank card around 5 times and it wouldn’t let me I finally placed an order through PayPal. Unsure why I couldn’t check out using my card but every tome it froze and wouldn’t let me go any further. Quite annoying but happy with my book in the end and no problems with delivery & price were the cheapest anywhere.”

“I really like Wordery and use it for book purchases to avoid giving Amazon my custom but my issue is the free postage can take up to 10 days. I recently bought a book on a Saturday as a gift for the following Sunday and it didn't arrive til the Monday after so not in time. My feedback is to maybe make your free postage option a more efficient postal service in order to compete with Amazon more or state the estimated arrival dates so that customers know to pay for postage if needed...I've had it a couple of times where at checkout it says something like 3-4 days but then I haven't had a dispatch email for 3-4 days and then it postage is up to 9 days so its so sluggish. I take the point that I could just pay for postage which is fine but maybe make it more clear exactly what's involved with each postage option so that customers can make a note informed decision. Thanks!”

“I order a lot of books from wordery, around 5-6 books per month, sometimes more. On a few occasions I have received books with covers torn or damaged. Although the books have been replaced, once I email Wordery, I feel the packaging using paper inside the box is not good and damages the cover sleeve. They could try and use something softer like foam for example, which won’t damage the books.”
