“The order process was easy and the delivery efficient. The book could have arrived in better condition. It had 2 grooves across it as though something heavy had been put in top. Hubbie loves his books shame this wasn't in quite tip top shape. Service good otherwise.”

“I would like to express my dissatisfaction first. I placed my order with a whole week before the start of my study period. I placed same day with Fishpond order for another textbook. 5 days later I got the Fishpond order delivered, but it took 2 weeks for Wordery order to get to me and I was already behind with my reading material. However, when the text book finally arrived , it was in impeccable condition. I was satisfied with the condition of the book.”

“The book came OK, but was very poor value for money. It was a very simple, well spaced out, black and white thing that cost £7.48 and was little better than could be expected for free from a tourist office.”

“most books came in good condition, however one book (volume 13 of my hero acadamia) came with the covers folded and creased, this was especially annoying as I like to collect manga and seeing wordery, which is usually very good, fail me is very sad”

“The box the book came in was too large. The book had knocked it's corneres in transit which was a shame as it was too give as a gift. It arrived quickly and free postage was great but more thought needed on packaging!”

“The book arrived quickly. My only criticism is that there is a small amount of damage to the paper cover on the bottom edge. Not worth returning as I have repared it from the inside. Perhaps the packaging could be improved?”
