I was looking for an informative book about nanotechnology. I thought the book from Wordery was suitable. Turned out it was a children's book and it cost a lot. I'll be very careful in future of what I buy online.

Wordery took my order and my money only to write to me a week later saying they were unable to get what I had ordered. They refunded my money but this is the second time this has happened to me with Wordery.

Four titles listed as in stock. Eventually arrived in separate packages with the last one coming over a month later. Wouldn't mind the wait if hadn't definitely shown in stock. Often good prices at Wordery, but maybe a tendency for the books to not always arrive in perfect condition.

Ordered 3 books. The first 2 arrived according to the date specified. But the last one took 3 weeks to even be dispatched. Arrived eventually with damage to the corners. Still readable. Such a shame, because Wordery are usually quite reliable.

The book took a long time to arrive - I don't know who was responsible for the delay. Book arrived undamaged and at a good price. It was irritating to have to waste time writing to ask why the book had NOT been delivered. I *NEVER* recommend anything to anybody.

Prices are always great and you have always got a great range of stock, but packaging is always poor and it’s now a surprise if I buy something and it isn’t damaged in the post. I would never buy an item from Wordery for a present for someone or if I wanted it in good condition.

The book I ordered arrived in time but was unfortunately damaged around the corners and had a scratchmark on the back. As it is a book with wonderful artistic illustrations, this somehow impacts the overall impression, plus I meant to give it away as a present. More suitable packaging for books of this type might be recommendable.

Good price, but let down by not including the note I asked to be included, as the book was a gift. The recipient had no idea who it was from till I phoned to ask ifthey'd got it. And that's the other thing - no tracking of delivery! In thisday and age - really?

Quick delivery only 5 days. However the top of the pages was humid and dirty, making them wavy. I didn't change the book because it wasn't too bad, but I Will have to clean the pages one by one which IS not what you want from a new book.
