“I would prefer that you used packaging that is smaller or that is able to be squashed. I had to go to the post office to collect even though the book would have fitted through the door if in smaller packaging.”

“I ordered the goods for a Christmas present and despite receiving notification that the order was on its way, sadly once it was handed to royal mail it never arrived. I contacted Wordery and they were really helpful and offered to send me a replacement product or provide refund. As they would not be able to get the replacement product to me in time for Christmas I opted for a refund. Although I did not receive the product, the action to refund my money was done quickly and efficiently and so I was happy that they had come to a fair resolution. As this was my first experience of using Wordery, I would be willing to give them another chance and would try them again in the future.”

“The purchase on the website was good. The processing time and delivery was less than satisfactory. I could have purchased it at brick and mortar retail store in much less time.”

“Well, my order was okay and I got cute bookmarks. But the sleeve of one of the books was a bit torn. It was a present so I didn't have time to return it and get another. It's not the first time that wordery sends me a book not in the best state.”

“The last information i got from the after I submit my credit card details was that the order was not successful and have not got any confirmation email about my other either but at the end I got my book delivered. I was not expecting it as last info was the unsuccessful process and I was on the way to book it another time.”

“Wordery is a good secondary option for book purchases. It used to be my number one favourite... as the prices were consistently 10% under anyone else on the market. That's unfortunately, no longer the case. All of the books in my 'wish list' cost much more now, than they did when I originally put them there... that's really not good! This particular book order was placed... because the less expensive companies no longer had the book in stock.”

“I am very pleased with the quick responses to the emails but the parcel did not arrive after 35 days. At this point I would not recommend you to a friend but that may change depending on the resolution of this problem.”

“Ordered three books on 10th December, with two arriving on 23rd December and the other on 27th December. I had hoped delivery would have been faster and in time for Christmas but previous orders have also been slow. Well packaged and in good condition when they did eventually arrive”

“I purchased a box set of Lord of the Rings. It is a nice set and arrived in good time before Christmas. However, the packaging was poor being only wrapped in black plastic with no cardboard or cushion wrap. The corners of the box were crumpled as a result. The spines of the books were flattened which resulted in the face boards being slightly out of line. I'm not sure if the spine flattening was due to the lack of adequate packaging or how the set had been stored.”

“Prices are good but delivery was very slow and there wasn't enough communication. I waited almost two weeks for my items and started to worry they wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. All was fine in the end, but it would have been good to have had expectations managed about delivery times at the beginning, rather than quietly pushing back the delivery date.”

“Parcel cane in good time but not packaged with enough padding; the paperback book was quite loose in a card envelope. I think the product itself was ok I did t inspect it too closely as it was a present. I’d even put in my notes that I’d like it well packaged. Otherwise all good!”

“Packaging is a little worrying but the conditions of the books when they came is not too bad and some looks very nice. Since it's cheaper than other places it make sense. Definite will come back to get more books from here ^^”
