“They offered the book I was seeking at a good price. However, the book (a travel guide) did not arrive before I left even though I paid extra so it was of no value to me and was returned to Wordery. I did receive a refund of book cost only, so the this exercise cost me over £4. Perhaps I'll use Amazon next time as they offer full refunds.”

“my order was on time. exactly what i wanted but it was delivered to the wrong address. i dont know if this is due to an error on the site or because i payed with paypal but the delivery address i specified was not used”

“I was rather worried when 4days passed before I even received the first email frim Wordery. However the book arrived on the earlier of the days mentioned in that first confirmation. It would be so good to have a tracking service.”

“The price of the book I bought for fathers day was really good. My husband loved the book when it finally arrived. The only thing that made me do 3 stars is the delivery time. It took way longer than expected unfortunately. But in the end it did arrived so it’s all good.”

“I might have been able to give a meaningful review if, in your request for a review, you had reminded me what I had bought from you!! I buy lots of books and cannot remember which one recently came from you. I've put 3* on the basis that if it was a worse service I'd remember but if you want an accurate 5* then FGS have the sense to include some basic purchase info with the auto-request.”

“The price of the book I purchased was very good. It was a present for somebody and although I had left it a bit late to purchase (a Friday), I was offered a next day delivery so I paid the extra money. The book didn’t arrive until the Monday. A refund wasn’t given!”
