“Cost and product and sales response were excellent. However, we were ordering 13 books (in orders of 8, 6 and 1) and the staggered delivery has been very slow and difficult to track. In fact, we are still waiting on delivery of the final book.”

“Generally very good. Prompt good condition etc. Sometimes information on books is too scant. Was dismayed recently when awaiting a book by Cecilia Ahern for which I’d paid £9, I saw it in Sainsbury’s at £7.99! Better than Amazon.”

“The order arrived promptly and in good condition except that one of the diaries had large writing in blue marker pen on the back cover which disfigures the diary and it can't be given as a gift which was the intention. I should really prefer a replacement for it. However I realise that this was no doubt an aberration and I have placed orders since.”

“was disappointed that, although i had requested 'very good' quality for all items, the trinity piano book came with most of the exercises completed, and so we had to go through each page trying (sometimes unsuccessfully) to rub the answers out.”

“One of the things I liked when I first discovered Wordery was the use of packaging that *fitted* the purchase. Sadly, this is no longer the case, as Wordery has now followed Amazon etc in adopting "one size fits everything". Result: items arrive damaged where they have rattled around in transit or Royal Mail staff have folded the over-size envelope to save ringing/knocking.”
