“I wish that you would use normal couriers instead of Royal Mail; they take the parcel back to the depot (I live alone and work during the day) and I have a very narrow window on Saturday morning, and have to queue and take photo id, to collect it; there's no point having home delivery. Please use a proper courier or set up some kind of click and collect with someone who is open at convenient times.”

“I had this book 30 years ago or so and liked it. So I wanted to buy it again. I was a little annoyed that the back of the book is scuffed, but it doesn't affect the content. The packaging did NOT produce the scuff.”

“Great service by Wordery but the book I ordered wasn't exactly as expected. It's a 'school library' version and is printed on near-tracing paper and in an unusual format that won't make the (particularly long) book easy to read unfortunately.”

“My book arrived in a huge box - at least twice as large as it needed to be. It's a slight improvement over the unrecyclable, non-reuseable plastic packaging of a few years ago... but further improvements needed.”
