“Delivery was very slow so I will not be using Wordery again. My Book Group meets regularly, so I can’t wait two weeks for a book to arrive when other suppliers can deliver within one week.”

“Item is perfect, what i ordered but arrived a looot later than it was stated on the website. I even forgot i placed the order and already asked someone to buy the book for me. Thanks God they haven't. It was a pleasant surprise when it arrived but i believe a more honest information regarding delivery time frame would be highly appreciated by everyone. That's the only reason i gave 3 stars.”

“Main plus; it's not Amazon. Prices seem fine, delivery seems to take a few weeks which is ok if not in a hurry, but the website is not that helpfull for browsing or finding items that one doesn't know the exact name for..... I recieved three packets of DECAF yorkshire tea. ????? Thank you for also not using trustpilot!”

“I love Wrodery and have had no problems in the past, but I ordered one copy of Deborah O Hares book on quilts and received 2, when checking my bank statement I have been charged for two. is there some way I can return one and be reinbursed”

“Delivery was later than advised and no information given as to who would be delivering. When it was delivered it was simply left outside the door with the doorbell being rung agressively. By the time I opened the door the driver was back in their car and just pointed approximately to where they left the parcel.”

“This is no reflection on you your books and prices are good. Your delivery courier should be removed from your use, Evri is atrocious they keep items for over a week in their warehouse which is not good enough”

“Everything was okay apart from the time of the delivery. It took about one month to receive the book. I did not mind because I was not in the hurry but to others, this could be a problem if you need a book fast. However, the book was cheaper than anywhere else so that justified the waiting time for me.”

“I can't fault the book or price but Evri's delivery was farcical. I got a message telling me to collect it when it wasn't there and now I'm getting messages every day to collect the book I collected a week ago. I would think hard about using them again.”

“Booked arrived in good condition. Intend to gift. One star knocked off because I know Wordery used to give cute little bookmarks with every order but it seems they have stopped this practise which is disheartening.”

“Print-on-demand service is great for books that are out of stock everywhere else. But the lack of any kind of delivery tracking is very annoying - with only a vague "sometime in the next 4 days" you can't possibly arrange to be in to receive the delivery. As a result, I will only be using Wordery as a last resort for books I can't get elsewhere.”
