“Two times a damaged book. Half deliveries take over a week to arrive,sometimes over two. Please get a better delivery service in the Netherlands”

“Some of the books took a bit longer to arrive then the Estimated time, no big problem really. (was more then 10 days estimated anyway) 2/5 Books were slightly damaged, which probably happened in transport, some pages were damaged maybe it'd be good if there would be some seal wrap around the the books a next time. Beside no problem, very good website and clear process.”

“I was looking for a book on the fundamental which is an atractive apearance.the book I bought not knowing of it or the author was left leaning politicaly however the first chapter wasn't too bad!”

“Order took several days to arrive. I even thought it had gotten lost and had to enquire. It was a birthday present and nearly missed the day! Wordery needs to review its shipping arrangements!”

“The order was sent in 2 deliveries, even though both were suppposed to be in stock when I ordered. The order was for volumes 7 and 8 of a graphic novel series. I got #8 first, so obvioualy couldn't read it until the other eventually arrived. The biggest problem with your service is delivery time- it is far too slow”

“I was happy with everything apart from delivery time. The delivery date changed once I’d placed my order. I wanted the book for a birthday present and unfortunately it arrived after the event. Apart from that everything was fine and I would use Wordery again.”

“It was the best price but the box sleeve came damaged in multiple places. It was a collectors item so that was unfortunate. In my case, I didn’t bother returning it because I intended to use it as a reading copy.”
