“Very good at sending the books although, one was damaged, another sent quickly I was very pleased by this and the speed of it however the replacement was also damaged - not as much as the first but there was no time to do anything as it was a present. The packing of these books seems to be the problem not the other aspects of the service.”

“Happy to be able to use Paypal. But I was unhappy about the new question re marketing preferences, and the fairly new tick box for customer agreement. I like Wordery precisely because it has such a simple and unintrusive interface, and also because you pay taxes! But I'll go back to buying 2nd hand books on Amazon if you make things more complicated.”

“Book good quality, price fine but the packaging you use is too big. I have a 11.5 inch wide letter box and it doesn't fit. As you use the post office who won't leave it in a sensible see place, i always have to make a trip to the sorting office to pick up the Wordery parcel - which is a bit of a pain.”

“well this book took a very long time to come and I didn't understand why?? If you could have explained it would have helped me worrying that it wouldn't come in time that I really needed it - it did actually arrive in time just..... ! Hence it was acceptable but not completely perfect!”

“I don’t understand why the books arrived separately because it’s a total waste of packaging. Also because of this my second book was too small for the packaging used and arrived damaged, the corners and done if the pages were damaged during transit.”

“I was happy to find Penguin English Library paperbacks available through Wordery. But the delivery took excruciatingly long -- nearly 2 weeks -- and there was far too little protective insulation in the mailer. Not sure how delicate Brit Mail is with book packages, but in NYC they routinely get thrown on floor in front of door or mailbox! I also asked to be notified when Tom Jones becomes available in that series, but have yet to hear a word of reply from you guys. I would prefer to order from you rather than Amazon in future, so hope you can make some improvement in delivery and reply to such book requests that would give me a bit of encouragement.”
