“I appreciate that your business practices are more ethical than Amazon (or at least I think they are) and that is why I use Wordery. Everything is good except for one thing - delivery times. The time from when it leaves the warehouse to when it arrives to me is weeks and weeks - sometimes a month - like it is travelling by ship from some far away place. Not sure why this is?? But that is hard - I get tempted to go to Amazon if I need a book in a shorter - or at least a somewhat predictable amount of time. I have one book I ordered in July and I STILL don't have it. Thanks”

“The book was supposed to be in very good condition but it was not. It was an ex library book and had a number of drink stains throughout. The spine was broken and many pages had been turned over at the corners. Disappointed”

“book arrived slightly damaged due to post leaving it out in the rain if book had been shrink wrapped it would have been better luckily beeing a origami book and the fact that im a bookbinder Iwas able to repair damaged wet pages .”

“I’m disappointed not to have received bookmarks with my last 2 deliveries. For me it was the bookmarks that encouraged me to shop with Wordery (provided price was competitive) as there is the downside with Wordery that delivery times are much slower than main competitor.”
