“I've ordered off you before, but was a bit disappointed this time, as the book was a bit tatty around the edges, and a tiny bit was torn. I ordered it for a birthday present, so no time to send it back.”

“While the book itself was as described and just what I ordered. There was a delay in delivery, seller did inform me and apologise for delay and luckily was not desperate but if needed for birthday etc. it can be very disappointing.”

“Delivery was very slow, took over a week to arrive. Courier -Evri - left it on the ground half a mile from the house, didn’t inform me it was there. The parcel was soaked in a heavy downpour and the book had been damaged in transit though not badly so kept it as it was a gift and no time to arrange a replacement. Obviously my main complaint is with your choice of courier- I would rather pay postage for Royal Mail delivery.”

“The 3 books I ordered arrived but they were split into 3 parcels which arrived on 3 different days, the last one 11 days after order. Also, I would prefer you to use Royal Mail for delivery, because if firms like yours don't use them then the universal postal service will soon fold.”

“Single order (of 4 items) delivered as 4 separate deliveries over about a week - not very efficient, but acceptable. Same order (of 4 items) notified in 3 separate emails (so that 1 email indicated a single delivery of 2 items) - this is bad, because I was left wondering whether I had been incorrectly notified, or whether 1 item had gone missing, or whether it had been incorrectly packed. However, all the books arrived eventually, no the result is acceptable.”

“I've never had issue with delivery from wordery before, also I've never pre ordered from wordery before except this time and I was left a little disappointed as the books were not delivered on release in fact it was a few days later so this did leave me a bit disappointed”

“Books need to be dispatched very quickly. Online bookstores can often take a week to a fortnight to DISPATCH the book. The other problem is one of postage where the book can languish for a further week at Princess Royal Dock. I recall being able to go out to a bookshop, buy a book and be back home reading it in two hours. All gone.”
