“I had ordered two books, neither of which had been delivered. I was notified in good time, so was able to make other arrangements, but was promised a refund on both books. To date, I am still waiting for the refund for one book. So, the service was great, just very expensive as I paid for something I never got.”

“You let yourself down with the packaging. I bought two books within a week and in both cases the glueing system you use to close the envelopes/boxes spreads onto the book - not masses of it but enough to potentially spoil the book.”

“Hi guys. Ordering was easy, delivery came on schedule but having ordered two books was very disappointed to find the cover of one was ripped. One was a present and one for me. Was going to send you a pic once I got home but this came in the meantime. Happy to send back if you have another copy? Thanks Sarah”

“Order was easy and delivered on prescribed date. Bit disappointed to find that I could have bought one of the books for 50% less at a supermarket outlet. Will be more careful in future!”

“Price and delivery time acceptable. Cover was a bit creased but as it’s a road atlas it will end up a lot more creased in time. If I had bought it as a gift I would have had to return it though. The big complaint I have is all the spam emails I have received from you since. Just because I have bought one book from you it doesn’t mean that I want a whole stream of emails from you.”

“I was able to obtain this book which I have tried to hunt down for a very long time. Unfortunately, although you had it shown as in stock by the time my order was being processed that stock had been depleted. So I had to wait two weeks but when it came it was wonderfully packaged which meant the title was in pristine condition.”

“How did you do? I ordered some days ago and have had no information about my books having been despatched. I've no idea where they are coming from, nor when they will be here, except that your website informed me at the time of purchase that delivery would be within 5 to 11 days. A bit vague. Could do better?? :(”

“I have ordered books from Wordery in the past and always been pleased. However this time I waited a long time for delivery of one particular book and when it arrived part of the back cover is sticky with small creases as if a label was stuck to it and pulled off. It's a Christmas present so not good as it makes it look secondhand. But I did not have time to return it.”

“Nice book Shame about packaging.was free but because not at home had to go collect so cost a bit to and from depot. Only small and would have gone through letter box if packaging was smaller.”

“The book arrived in good time, however, the corners of the cover had become lodged between the seams of the cardboard envelope leaving them a little bent. This could have been avoided had the book been wrapped in a sheet of A4 copy paper. Simple.”
