“Normally I have very good service from Wordery but my last purchase was a bit of a disappointment. Ordered a week before Christmas & being aware that it would not arrive in time as a present I was still hoping for it's arrival by early January. I had to wait a month after the order for delivery (still well received by my wife though) Perhaps some sort of updates as to the reason for the delay would be better.”

“The books were packed individually in a large cardboard case.Sine the postman couldn't post them through the letterbox I had to pick them up at the depot.the delivery this time was much slower than before.Even though both books were in stock I didn't receive them for 10 days.”

“I have always found you to be prompt and purchase is always in good condition. Your prices are very good. However the post is now awful. You use Royal Mail and they now have a policy of only calling once and not leaving with neighbours. This means a very difficult pick up from their local depot. I have complained to them. Please consider using alternative posting methods”

“Wordery always were excellent, very competitive and easy to deal with. However, recently the packaging has changed to a one-size-fits-all cardboard box, leaving books to shuffle about inside with the result that the last three books I ordered all arrived in damaged condition. Unhappily, can't really recommend unless they get the packaging right.”
