“The last two books ordered from Wordery have both arrived with slight damage, noticeable but not enough to return them. When you pay £20 for a paperback (Andrew Wyeth) it is disappointing that the packaging doesn't protect it properly from an impact 'dunt'.”

“The items were great! However, the two books arrived separately and were each MASSIVELY over-packaged. They'd have fit comfortably in the packaging if they'd been sent together. I understand that Wordery were probably trying to prioritise fast delivery of the product that was immediately available, but for the sake of a few extra days, was a second delivery- with the extra mileage and packaging- really necessary?”

“Bought two Bibles. One was in perfect condition, the other, not damaged, but the way the paper had been cut between prints meant that the pages were not folded correctly and so it doesn't open properly. I threw the box and receipt away before inspecting the purchases unfortunately for me!”

“Well packged, everything ok but my adress and name whent defectife; aparently label text plataform cant handle having acents like "é" . This resulted in me going to the center of distribution of my city and waiting for hours to get my package.”

“All ok apart from the fact that the music took much longer to come than you forecast. So much so that I totally missed by a long way the Birthday date it was meant for. (I had allowed good time for it otherwise!) Music very securely wrapped and parcelled well.”

“It’s such an amazing concept!!!! The pictures are fabulous and I love that I can personalise a message at the beginning of the book. I bought them as Eid gifts for my 4 children. I would have liked to have more range in changing features and e.g. facial features: skin colour, hair, eyes and eyebrows shape and colour and face shape instead of the minimum options it gives you. Sadly, when they arrived I was disappointed that all the 4 books had their characters in exactly the same places as each other. So each of my children knew their character would be in the same place as their sibling. Quite disappointing really. But i think with tweaks, it’s a great idea.”
