“I'm very, very happy and satisfied with Wordery's offer, service and delivery. I have been ordering several times and will continue to order again. Delivery is on time and I have had no issues or dissatisfaction with any step of the process. I would love a better reccommendation algorythm and to have more relevant books/items recommended to me. That's something I hope to get better in the future.”

“When Book Depository shut down, I had a few days of panic, wondering if any bookstore could satisfy my needs the way they did. Fortunately, Wordery has become my next best thing. I've had a consistently positive experience with them, especially appreciating their free shipping that always arrives within the promised timeframe—often even earlier. On the one occasion I had to contact customer support due to a book arriving damaged (printing error with torn and smashed pages), they quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new copy without hassle. The only improvement I wish for is a wider selection of offers. Overall, Wordery is reliable and customer-friendly, making it a great choice for book lovers.”

“Any issues I’ve had with orders have always been dealt with quickly. Good updates on delivery times if there’s been a supply issue. Good range of titles. Delivery can be a little slow but I’d rather spend with them than amazon.”

“I didn't receive my parcel which I ordered and paid on April 4. It was a book "Keith Jarrett - a biography" by Wolfgang Sandner, which I paid 39,24 euros by card; ORDER REFERENCE WRDRY-97-36-38756553. After the parcel didn't arrive on time, I had a correspondence with Jeylan from Wordery Customer Services, e-mail help@wordery.com, but the problem wasn't solved. I sent one more e-mail requesting refund or new book, but nobody answered. So I paid, but didn't receive the parcel. Shame and disgrace for Wordery.”
