“Chainsaw Man, Vol. 2 arrived in bad condition, the middle of the book was teared and caused the book to open like a hingew which made it a little incovenient for reading.”

“My parcel was delayed but I was not told about it. Not had this problem in the past and it won’t stop me ordering from you. Hopefully this was an oversight and it doesn’t happen very often”

“I live in France and will not be ordering any more books to be sent here. I had to pay an extra 10 euros for the delivery for each of the books I ordered (they arrived separately). I do not have this problem when I order from WOB.”

“Received the puzzle it'sok thanks. Did not realize that i would have to pay taxes. 11 €. I guess because of the brexit. For me the puzzle was more expensive. Would have appreciated to ne warned as i live in France. Regards”

“It wasn't made clear I'd have to pay import taxes to France when purchasing a book. Delivery was fine, considering UK is no more part of EU. Book arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.”

“Wordery has always been my preferred first choice for buying books and I never used to have any problems. Recently however I've been disappointed, many books aren't in stock and those that are seem to be taking longer to dispatch. Even the request for this review has taken weeks to reach me. So all in all quite disappointed.”

“Unfortunately with "Brexit", I paid more than expected! Almost double the initial price. Charges from customs, charges from the post office (telling me I had to pay customs) and surplus exchange charges from my bank. I wanted this book - my first reading book as a child. I don't think I'll be ordering again with wordery.”
