“I was dissapointed when I opened the package as all 8 corners of the book were slightly damaged, obviously the packing was not sufficient, but I accepted it because it was for my husbands birthday and there would,nt have been time to complain and get another one before the day”

“Good range of books. I bought a travel guide, very good price but didn't see until it arrived that it was in German ! My fault for not taking a closer look but it wasn't exactly jumping out of the page as the German language version. Sent it back - not yet confirmed by Wordery so can't comment on the returns process fully. Shame they don't do a free returns scheme - even if you had to drop it off somewhere like the CollectPlus system.”

“Very happy with the no-nonsense website, the easy ordering process and the delivery terms. A bit less happy on how the books were wrapped: my paperback got jazzed-up in the box and the cover was slightly damaged. I recommend that all books be wrapped before being boxed!”

“The books and the cost were fine - the delivery not so. No calling card was left and then when we eventually tracked down the parcel it was left at the post office furthest from where we live? I would have preferred to have left parcel delivery instructions when I ordered the books, so that we did not have to chase around town to find the books.”
