“The delivery was quick and no hassle. U fortunately the book arrived slightly damaged with the pages crumpled. The packaging could have been stronger to protect the book!”

“I purchased 8 books to read with a class group. Unfortunately 2 of the books were very shabby and not of a standard that I would give to my class. The other 6 were absolutely fine.”

“the books arrived in good condition with no outdated plastic packaging which pleases me. The delivery times are a bit off though, they say books should arrive within 4 working days after dispatch but my order which was split into two, took 8 and 10 days respectively. I will use wordery again as I first ordered books from them via Amazon but am trying to cut back on ordering items from this huge company.”

“Although first class postal delivery it took five days to arrive and so was too late for the birthday of the child I was giving it to. Also the packaging could have been better, books arrived well packaged but the sealing point was hard to undo and the front cover of the book slightly damaged by my struggling to undo it. However the books are lovely and were a good price.”

“The is broken into numerous delivery components and I loose track oif what is happening. I know I can probably track but I just want to order & receive with no complications ie easy. The more complications the less enjoyable the experience and the less certain I am that I have received all I paid for..”
