“Dear Sir/Madam, I made three separate orders for three prayer books. I was more than happy with the speed of delivery and packaging of these books. I was disappointed that two of the three (and I am not sure about third one as I have givenue it away) had a section of blank pages in the body of the book. I was disappointed that I had not been told about the fault in there. I have already sent an email to you about this and I have not heard back from you. Yours faithfully, David Skuce”

“Unfortunately the book was delivered much later than initially advised. I did receive an apology, but it missed my deadline and I had to borrow a book from someone else.”

“Packaging was poor. I bought a hard cover special edition because of the aesthetic reason so it was disappointing when I found the book was slightly damaged. I didn't bother to return it but you could have better packaged it. Delivery was slow but it is OK considering the competitive price and free PP.”
