“I ordered a book reacently but very unusually I have had no further news of its dispatch or arrival date. I have always had excellent service from you in the past.”

“The order I placed was a Christmas present. It did not get there in time as the original email stated. The email update service was good. The order eventually arrived 3 weeks later than the original date given. Despite the free postage, I would hesitate to use this company and it's services again.”
