“The package that the book was in was not very thick and absorbed rain from my porch. My book was water damaged when I opened the shipping envelope. I was so disappointed.”

“There was no bookmark included in the parcel. I liked the bookmarks you used to include into the parcel: sometimes in the past that was the reason why I ordered from Wordery instead of other booksellers. It would be nice if you could continue to include bookmarks with your books. This is the reason why I rate it "Acceptable".”

“Wordery is great for stock and prices as with free delivery however they ste far from eco conscious which is really disappointing. I have ordered lots of times each order having an average of 10 books and every time I order I get at least 5 out of 10 books delivered on different days sent Individually. There should be an option or info to tell you this and ask of you are willing to wait? I don't understand why orders arent sent altogether.”

“Easy to use website and prompt delivery of the book. Unfortunately, when the book arrived it was bent and slightly ripped as the book had been bent in the packaging.”

“Books arrived quickly and good price. Downside was straight after order I realized I had ordered 2 of the same book by mistake. Emailed to ask if book could be taken off but no response to catchment form. I understand if answer was no but didn't get a reply at all.”

“The company in general seemed fine and the books I received were all in good shape. I'm only giving three stars - which perhaps isn't fair - because one of the books was very very small and I was expecting a full-size book. It's true I should have looked carefully at the specs but I never imagined there would be such a tiny version of the book I bought (It was about 5x7...small enough to fit in a purse). Plus I'm from the USA so the specs were in millimeters anyway so I didn't do the calculations to see it in inches. Yeesh, it sounds like it's all my fault and they're an ok company. Sending the tiny book back to the UK would have cost more than I paid for it so I'm stuck with it. Their customer service was a bit slow, but polite and responsive. I *might* buy again but would be very careful to read the specs because of the distance if I needed to return something (not an option) and difference in measurements. A couple of the books shipped fairly promptly and a couple others took forever. They were all in good shape though.”

“I have been ordering of wordery for years now. The delivery times have been longer lately but worst of all I no longer get a bookmark with my purchase. It was a really nice touch. :( and I am now inclined to switch elsewhere to buy my books. It's a fickle world sometimes I am afraid. I really liked the bookmarks!!”
