“Ordering was easy. However, the tracking of the parcel was not 100% accurate as the parcel was shown to have been delivered but it hadn't. This meant I had to contact Wordery because the parcel might have been lost. The parcel turned up a few days later.”

“The delivery service was poor, delayed, and cardboard cover damaged, therefore corner of book was damaged, but to late yo return to get new one in time for Christmas.”

“I ordered books recently and, as usual, they arrived in good order. My only surprise was the fact that the three books came individually rather than as one parcel, but I assume this is to do with weight and cost to Wordery. Considering the recent postal strikes I’m delighted that the books arrived safely - via a local courier - though a little later than suggested.”

“Never used before, my daughter said give it a go, the free delivery helped her argument! Very pleased with availability and range and quick turn round. Alas Evri strikes again. Seemed to take days to get from wordery to their depot,despite showing it was collected, and even longer to deliver it. Would recommend using Wordery.”

“The brand, print quality and condition of the books received are excellent. The lack of accurate delivery information let them down a bit, but other than that I am very happy with my purchase and I will use Wordery again.”
