“My order took a lot of time to arrive and it came in separated packages. Apart from that, all books were in perfect condition. As a suggestion, and I don't kwon if it's possible to manage that, I would say to improve the delivery time for EU countries.”

Hi, Thank you for your review, We are delighted to hear that all of your books arrived in perfect condition. We are however sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected. Unfortunately we are seeing delays due to Portugal customs strikes back in May, I’m afraid that this is out of our control. We are also sorry to hear that your order arrived in separate packages, this is something we are always trying to improve. We try to pack as orders in as few parcels as possible, however as we obtain our stock from various suppliers, some items will be dispatched as soon as the stock reaches our warehouse.
