“great- arrived on time etc”

“The delivery came within time and all was well with the products. They were a birthday present for my partner who is an artist and also a perfectionist and instantly noticed the dent. Very annoying. I was moving house the next day and it got forgotten otherwise I would have sent it back to get a new, non dented one. Apart from that, speedy service just not very delicately packaged or could be rough couriers, who knows, . Vic”

“The item was in stock and arrived on time. Couple of things... the book I ordered came with a different cover... this was important as it was a comic book so it was a bit of a miss informed sale. I still want to keep it but I might not have bought it originally if I had known that was it was going to be a different edition. It also took a long time to dispatch which doesn't make a lot of sense to me.”

“I ordered thinking it was a British version of the daily calendar after reading the description. Last year, as a gift I had the American version, alas when order came it was the American version. Still entertaining though🤔”

“I made a mistake in asking you to send some books to me rather than to Canada where I intended. I realised my mistake a few minutes later but you wouldn't allow me to change the postal address. I think you should give customers a bit of time after you've sent the confirmatory email for them to change any details.”

“Prices are competitive, however books take a while to come. Cancelled one order as it was taking so long to arrive. This was done swiftly with no quibbles though. Will use again if in no rush for book.”
