“the colouring book for dementia patients was American and therefore aimed at the US market. This wasn't made clear on the description on the website. Some of the words that are supposed to be written in are not obvious, and my elderly Mother with dementia would be confused by this. The pictures themselves are simple and clear, but overall disappointed with the book. I emailed Wordery about this, and received back what appeared to be standard sentences, not actually addressing the issues I brought up in my email.”

“My book arrived quickly, however it was not packed securely and being a heavy hardback it moved about during shipping. It arrived slighly damaged on the front cover and corners. It is an expensive book so I was disappointed. Perhaps you should use bubble wrap when despatching heavy hardcover books. The box in which it was packed was much larger than the book allowing for some movement of the book within. Otherwise your price and service were good.”

“The book delivery was longer than predicted. But when I emailed Wordery they got back to me quickly with a solution and took ownership of the problem (even though it was a mailing issue). The book eventually arrived. I was happy with response to the problem.”

“Not sure "happy" is the right word. The book eventually showed up and was what was ordered, so the transaction was ultimately more or less satisfactory. But it took far longer than it should have.”
